Just how much should a coach at a Public University make?
This kind of thing happens all the time, and Saban is a pretty decent coach. It makes sense for him to leave. He used to coach LSU, and Alabama has a tremendous football history that most Southerners know well enough.
What I take note of is the ungodly amount of money they are tossing at Saban down there. Supposedly, they are looking at paying Saban 40 MILLION DOLLARS to coach football.
